MARTILLANO, LANSANGAN, DOMINGO & ASSOCIATES (MLD) was established in 1989 to provide varied types of consultancy services to government, business and industry. This Group is composed of professionals in engineering, architecture and allied fields possessing a wide range of experience in shipping, shipbuilding, ship repair, marine engineering, naval architecture, construction project management, environmental management, education and training, national security planning and management, logistics, supply of equipment and materials to government and the military, and other similar activities.
